In addition to technical training, Graduate Engineers and Graduate Scientists from STFC Technology have the option to participate in a number of personal development activities each year.

In the most recent event, 24 members of our graduate recruitment programme headed into the Irish Sea, not to re-enact Pirates of the Caribbean, but to promote team building and communication in the latest graduate training event. The motley crew spent their days (and nights) learning to handle the 97 foot, 110 tonne square rigger vessel, as well as taking part in personal development activities along the way.
